Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities, especially with companies seeking top-tier candidates from non-traditional sources. Build and maintain client relationships through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Client Engagement: Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and ensure they receive candidates who are driven, self-motivated, and from diverse backgrounds.
  • Talent Pool Management: Maintain and leverage a diverse, high-quality talent pool from our database, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, particularly in sectors where non-traditional candidates are in high demand.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job briefings and candidate engagement to interviews and offer negotiations.

What we are looking for:

  • Business Development: Proven experience in business development, ideally within recruitment, with a strong ability to generate and convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Recruitment Expertise: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on managing talent pools and successfully placing candidates.
  • Talent Spotting: An eye for identifying and attracting top talent, especially from non-traditional backgrounds.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to close deals and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Self-Motivation: A driven and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year, depending on experience, with uncapped commission potential.
