Title: Solution Lead- Oracle (Sales and Sales Ops)Experience: 8-10 YearsWork Location: Mohali/Pune Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days Max Key Skills: Azure Cloud, Microservices, Oracle EBS, React Job Summary:We are looking for a strong candidate for solution architect role, having 8 plus years of Technical & Architectural expertise in designing/Architecting Enterprise solutions based on Functional Spec, and to review technical specifications.
Having experience on enterprise level projects in domain of Oracle E-Business Suite, Azure DevOps, Cloud Native Architecture, Microservices etc. would be needed.
The position requires interaction with Product Owners, Business Users and Technical team members for carving out requirements, analysis and provisioning of various IT projects. The ideal candidate for this position should be detail-oriented, self-motivated, highly innovative and can work in a fast-paced matrixed environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:- This position works within the Sales and Sales Operations Team to ensure the implementation and production support of Global Customer Experience (GCX) projects.
- Design reusable components, standards, frameworks, and processes to support and facilitate Cloud Native Apps and integration with various ERPs
- Develop strong relationship with business product owners & other stake holders.
- Ensuring change/feature enhancement requirements are implemented appropriately to ensure it delivered accurate and on time.
- Collaborate with effected business areas to identify, create and implement the business requirements effectively.
- Continually build knowledge and proficiency in applications architecture and changes in technology.
- Present technical POCs to key stakeholders for overall improvements in GCX solutions
- Analyze business operations and user requests, make recommendations for technology improvements and system solutions when required, and facilitate implementation of the business user inputs into the system.
- Develop training plans for developers on new technology changes
- May perform other duties as assigned.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:- Must have a solid business understanding of ERP systems and major modules such as quoting, order management, supply chain and distribution processes.
- Must have the flexibility to lead projects, participate as a team member, and solve technical problems when necessary.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of Cloud Native Architecture experience.
- Must have experience working with various Web App Architecture, Databases, Cloud system Integrations etc..
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service oriented with Offshore-onshore experience
- Excellent communication skills with Good Liaison/coordination skills
- Be able to provide mentorship to others within the team
