Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have significant exposure to Treasury and Financial Operations functions, bringing strategic financial insights to drive our business forward. This role will be pivotal in providing financial leadership and analytical support to key stakeholders across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Treasury Management:

• Oversee cash management operations, including liquidity management, cash forecasting, and investment strategies.
• Monitor and manage the company’s financial risks, including reinvestment risk, counterparty risk, price risk, and duration risk.
• Collaborate with financial institutions and decentralized protocols to optimize yield-generating strategies.

Financial Operations:

• Ensure efficient and accurate processing of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the financial operations function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Strategic Business Partnering:

• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
• Conduct scenario analysis and evaluate the financial impact of business decisions.
• Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence and integration planning.

Team Management:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development.
• Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing within the finance team and across the organization.
