The Assessor will be responsible for the assessment and processing of warranty claims submitted in regards to warranty repair services performed on client-manufactured equipment. All work performed must meet both quality and quantitative standards set. Responsibilities: Maintaining / updating equipment registrations Processing sales reversals Processing requests for updates to labor rates Resolving pricing errors on claims Updating warranty coverage periods on equipment Answering dealer questions about warranty policy and claim submission Resolving dealer issues with claim entry and submission Developing and maintaining internal standard operating procedure documentation •
