Project Director

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our team. As the Project Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our projects from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with stakeholders will be essential in driving project success.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a proven track record in delivering large-scale, complex projects. You should have a deep understanding of project management methodologies, as well as strong technical and analytical skills. Your ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients, contractors, and team members will be crucial in driving project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and execute projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project objectives, scope, budget, and schedule
• Develop and manage project plans, including defining project tasks, resource requirements, and deliverables
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project success
• Oversee project risk management and implement appropriate mitigation measures
• Maintain effective communication and relationships with clients, contractors, and team members
• Monitor and report project progress, including key performance indicators and milestone achievements
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or engineering industry
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and with high quality
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and drive performance excellence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and build relationships with stakeholders
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
• Ability to travel as required for project assignments
