<h2><strong>Your Team</strong></h2><p>As a Senior Customer Success Manager (F/M/X) at Yousign, your role will be to maximize the satisfaction of your customers portfolio by supporting their product adoption.<br>You will partner with the Product team (to act as the internal voice for your customers) and with the Account Management team (to maximize the revenue generated on your portfolio), and work hand in hand with the Support team. Ultimately, you will be reporting on the health of your portfolio.</p><h2><strong>Your Missions</strong><em></em></h2><p>In direct collaboration with the Product, Support and Account Management teams, your missions will be the following: </p><h4>Onboarding </h4><ul><ul><li>Relentlessly drive customers until the end of their onboarding: optimize their time to value, ensure a smooth onboarding process and provide product trainings<br></li><li>Act as Delivery Manager for customers awaiting for new features</li></ul></ul><h4>Relationship Management </h4><ul><ul><li>Maintain regular check-ins to understand customer needs &amp; build strong relationships</li><li>Track customer usage, satisfaction and health metrics, identify at-risk customers and take proactive actions. Use data to inform your decisions.</li><li>Gather and dig into clients product and usage feedbacks: act as the first product / technical spokesperson on usage and needs of your customers, partner with the product team for roadmapping exercises, and act as the internal Voice of your Customer (VoC), mobilizing the internal resources you need<br></li></ul></ul><h4>Retention &amp; Business detection </h4><ul><li>Develop strategies to reduce churn and increase loyalty, partner with Account Managers to ensure retention</li><li>Identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs, partner with Account Managers to optimize closing</li></ul><h2><strong>Who are you ?</strong></h2><p>Feel like applying ? Here are the main skills that will help you thrive as Yousigns’ next Senior Customer Success Manager (F/M/X) :</p><ul><li>You have a proven track record as a seasoned Customer Success Manager, Pre-Sales or Professional Services Manager, working closely with customers and <em>internal teams</em></li><li>You have experience dealing with technical SaaS products and managing a high-value customer portfolio</li><li>You have strong relationship skills, a data-oriented mindset and technical appetency</li><li>You are autonomous and willing to evolve in a fast-paced environment</li><li>You speak fluent English and French</li><li>Ability to speak Spanish on a professional level is a strong plus</li></ul><p>However, If you don't match all of those criteria, no worry !
