<h2><strong>Your Missions</strong></h2><p>As a Low touch Support agent, you will be in direct contact with French & German customers and prospect, proposing solutions to provide them the support they need. You will be responsible for closing our application prospects & existing customers and support them during throughout their journey. Your missions will be :</p><p> </p><h4>Support <br></h4><ul><li>Assist prospects with Yousign’s SaaS application adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution times</li></ul><h4>Closing</h4><ul><li>Develop and close small deals with prospect & existing customers</li></ul><h4>Retention</h4><ul><li>Develop and implement strategies to reduce churn</li></ul><h4>Relationship Management</h4><ul><li>Assist our low-tier customers during their journey</li><li>Follow-up on renewals</li></ul><h2><strong>Who are you ?</strong></h2><p>Feel like applying ? Here are the main skills that will help you thrive as Yousigns’ next Customer Care Officer - German speaker (F/M/X) :</p><ul><li>You already have 1+ year of experience working closely with a large base of customers, ideally in Customer Care or Customer Support and are able to negotiate with them</li><li>You have strong analytical and redactional skills, helping you understand and manage our customer's needs<br></li><li>You are autonomous, team-player and willing to evolve in a fast-paced environment</li><li>You speak fluent English and French & German</li><li>Having experience working with Salesforce is a strong “nice to have”</li></ul><p>However, If you don't match all of those criteria, no worry !
