<p><strong><strong>We are looking for various roles within the Engineers Without Borders Sweden IT team. <br></strong><br></strong>The team supports IT-related needs from the local groups, national board and project teams. The team also provides value to the organization through sustainable IT services that are cost-efficient, simple and reliable as a way of promoting transparency, availability, innovation, fair data and useability. As a team member your contribution and innovative mindset will be highly valued.<br><br></p><p> </p><h2>Tasks within the IT team<br><br> </h2><ul> <li>Maintenance of IT landscape</li> <li>Analyzing digital innovations</li> <li>Technical project support</li> <li>Design, build &amp; deliver IT services</li> <li>Setting up an IT strategy</li> <li>Responsible for the IT budget<br><br> </li> </ul><hr><h2>IT Manager</h2><p>As an IT Manager, you lead the team and have the strategic accountability for planning, developing, and running IT. The IT Manager is responsible for creating a roadmap based on the IT strategy and setting the budget.<br><strong><strong><br></strong></strong></p><p><strong><strong>Skills and personality</strong></strong><strong><br></strong></p><p>- Strategical mindset<br>- Lean decision-making<br>- A broad range of communication skills<br>- People skills<br>- Leadership skills<br>- Experience in IT<br></p><hr><h2>IT Coordinator</h2><p>The IT Coordinator will support, design, build, manage and improve IT service processes and quality.
