Responsibilities:
Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for consolidation and optimization.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and assess system compatibility.
Lead the evaluation and selection of new products and technologies based on defined criteria.
Conduct a cost-benefit analysis to determine the potential impact of system consolidation and product selection.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of consolidation plans, product evaluations, and recommendations.
Provide expertise in data migration, integration, and implementation during consolidation efforts.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruptions during system consolidation.
Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of system consolidation and product selection initiatives.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to system consolidation and product selection.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with three-plus years in system consolidation, product selection, or related roles.
Strong PLUS - Consolidation of Payroll, Training, HRIS, Time Tracking, etc.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex systems and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with data migration, integration, and implementation processes.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Knowledge of relevant software applications and tools.
