As a Product Management Intern, you will collaborate closely with the Technical team to design exceptional user experiences for both external clients and internal frontline staff.
In this role, you will need to be hands-on and adept at transforming ideas into valuable features that resonate with users. Acting as a bridge between various stakeholders, you will balance user needs, technical limitations, and design objectives to deliver impactful solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis on competitors and market trends in the financial industry.
- Explore new financial instruments and features for the ADDX platform.
- Develop and present new product concepts to both product and business teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine concepts for future implementation.
- Manage stakeholder expectations across teams and varying seniority levels.
- Assist in the development and preparation of new platform features.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree.
- Strong interest in product management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A good design sense, with the ability to empathize with users and distinguish between good and bad products.
- Availability to commit full-time for a minimum of 6 months or more, starting early 2025.
- No prior experience in product management is required, but you must be willing and eager to learn!
