We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. This specialist role is dedicated to managing all paid marketing and advertising efforts across both B2C and B2B segments, including university partnerships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to drive growth and achieve key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid marketing strategies across multiple channels, including search, display, social, and video platforms.
  • Create and manage performance marketing campaigns targeting both B2C and B2B audiences, with a particular focus on university partnerships.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of paid marketing campaigns, from planning and budgeting to execution and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with the Enterprise and Admissions teams and other members of the Marketing team
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and achievement of KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Utilize platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Linkedin Ads, Youtube and other relevant advertising networks.
  • Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain cutting-edge and effective.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Provide regular reports and actionable recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage and allocate the paid marketing budget effectively to maximize results.
  • Track and report on spending, ensuring campaigns remain within budget and achieve desired financial outcomes.
  • Work closely with the content, creative, and analytics teams to develop compelling ad creatives and effective landing pages.
  • Collaborate with university account managers and business development teams to align marketing efforts with partnership goals.
  • Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, targeting options, and landing pages to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Implement findings from tests to enhance future campaigns and drive better results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing and affiliate marketing in both B2C and B2B contexts.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns with substantial budgets ($1mm+/yr)
  • Deep understanding of various advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in Higher Education, Talent Acquisition, or Software industry is a plus.
  • Experience in ABM is a plus.

Expected Compensation: 

  • $70K-$90K
