Responsibilities
- Schedule posts and monitor engagement includes crafting the content and execution of internal email campaigns, including creating templates, segmenting recipient lists, and analyzing campaign performance.
- Document communication processes and guidelines and guidance on internal communication tools.
- Help maintain and update the company's intranet by uploading content, ensuring accuracy, and organizing information for easy access by employees.
- Assist in analyzing data related to internal communications metrics, such as email open rates, newsletter engagement, and intranet traffic, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Create and collaborate with graphic designs in visual assets for internal communications.
- Help coordinate logistics for internal events and meetings, including booking venues, managing RSVPs, and setting up audiovisual equipment.
