Is this you?
- Bachelor degree in marketing, digital marketing, or related field with at least 1 - 2 years of experience in social media marketing, KOL, and digital campaigns. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience/familiar in managing social media marketing campaigns (social media performance, content, KOL, & digital campaign) and manage multiple partners/vendors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Having basic editing video skills
- Well-versed with social media monitoring and social listening tools
- Familiar with Google Trends and having adequate knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Well-versed with Microsoft Office especially such as Google Slides and Google Spreadsheets
What your day to day would look like:
- Generate ideas to be applied on MAKA Motors social media contents, KOL utilization, and digital campaign
- Analyze social media performance, market trends, and digital trends to propose actionable items such as digital campaigns and regular content. Additionally, provide reporting output to the Digital Marketing Manager.
- Build relationships with influencers and partners to amplify our brand presence on social media
- Plan and execute social media campaigns based on marketing objectives and social media content pillar
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics and performance indicators to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvements
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Brand, PR, Activations, and Operations, to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.
- Collaborate with 3rd parties, including creative agencies, digital agencies, and partners such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
- Execute digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
