Transport Manager

We are passionate about compliance, safety, and operational efficiency, and we are looking for an experienced Transport Manager to join our team in Inverness and oversee our vehicle fleet operations and compliance.

What We expect of you:

You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to O-Licence conditions, including fleet and driver compliance, and maintaining accurate vehicle files in line with these regulations. You will act as the gatekeeper for authorizing GCU drivers and vehicle issues, as well as scheduling work through the GCU workshop or external organizations. Your role includes coordinating with the Contract Lead for planned maintenance and new start mobilizations too. Additionally, you will manage both planned and reactive work scheduling through the GCU workshop, while maintaining GCU systems to ensure traceability of vehicle and plant servicing and maintenance.

Key qualifications include Transport Manager CPC, experience in workshop management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
