Salary: £27k + uncapped commission
The Role
Recruiting excellent teaching and learning support professionals for schools across your designated geographical area
Marketing, to generate an ongoing healthy pipeline of candidates and clients, using a combination of both traditional and digitalmethods
Headhunting candidates for specialist teaching, eLearning and leadership roles where required Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients Developing new and existing business relationships Working with candidate resourcing specialists and compliance and vetting colleagues to build, progress and maintain a high-quality pipeline of candidates Adhere to weekly targets and KPIs, set in conjunction with your manager Embodying TeacherActive’s culture and company values Adhering to high ethical and professional standards Reflecting on your own performance to continually improve your knowledge, skills and development Maintaining an in depth understanding of the education sector in order to maximise potential opportunitiesRequirements
You must have a right to work in the UK for this role
Previous experience within a sales role (highly desirable but not essential) Proven track record of meeting and exceeding set KPI’s and/or targets Experience of managing and servicing a diverse range of clients simultaneously Strong customer service skills A high standard of written and oral communication skills Outstanding organisation skills and strong attention to detail Intermediate computer skillsBenefits
