Pipeline-Market Insight Senior Advisor

POSITION SUMMARY

This position plays the primary role in the gathering, distilling, and distributing market intelligence in key areas of Enterprise Architecture (EA) technology so that senior leaders and managers have a good understanding of technology in-play, emerging technologies as well as key competitor knowledge.

As a Market Intelligence senior advisor, you will engage broadly across EA to understand the landscape and key players that our EA verticals or horizontals are confronted with daily. You will engage by initiating, forming, and driving the market intelligence reports and create a center of practice. In addition, the person in this role should provide a level of thought leadership by bringing an outside-in perspective. As a driven, curious, and analytical researcher, you have a gift for digging deep and connecting the dots and are passionate about using research to provide high-quality insights across the organization. You are a masterful communicator, comfortable presenting findings across the organization from customer-facing teams to executives and business or technology leaders.

This role will also provide architectural operations support upon request.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive our competitive research practice in partnership with internal stakeholders to gather information on competitors, industry trends, technologies and conduct analysis on their effectiveness, outcomes and key learnings

Execute set cadence of research and analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations that support and influence technology and business strategy

Build strong working relationships with a diverse range of internal stakeholders.

Use technology to create an always up-to-date repository for all competitive content, acting as the expert and communicator of competitor updates

Research local markets and competitors to help support strategic planning
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Communications or other related field required

Over 5 years of relevant work experience across market & business intelligence covering relevant topics such as technology, healthcare, insurance, and competitor analysis

Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to lead through influence and build consensus

Knowledge of CI tools and forums within technology, insurance, and healthcare landscapes

Can oversee multiple work streams and execute all tasks, large or small

Able to process high volumes of complex information, synthesize key themes, and recommend paths forward

Demonstrated continuous improvement and continuous learning mindset
