Team Rubicon (TR) is seeking an Associate, Operations Support (Planning) to join our Programs team! The Associate, Operations Support (Planning) will collaboratively and cooperatively work within their team and on cross-functional teams. This will require working with competing priorities and keeping multiple stakeholders apprised of decisions. The Associate, Operations Support (Planning) will provide functional support to Team Rubicon's Planning team, in addition to supporting the following areas: Field Leadership, Communications, Training, Mobilization and Logistics. This also means connecting the geographical branch teams with the functional area for which they are assigned in order to keep connected promoting one team. They will motivate and inspire coworkers, contractors, volunteer leaders, and volunteers to further Team Rubicon service delivery within assigned geographies.

This position reports to TR’s Deputy Director, Operations (North Branch) and can be based out of TR's Tactical Operations Center (TOC) in Chicago, IL or based remote within the North Branch.
Duties:
Education and Background:
Preferred: Knowledge and experience with Power BI, data management, and project management platforms
Special Requirements:
Evening and weekend schedule supporting leadership meetings, video conferences, events, and operations
Local Travel: Reliable transportation is required. The person filling this position will be expected to travel within their local area to support ongoing efforts
Other Travel: At least 10-50% non-local travel to support broader organizational activities focused within the assigned territory
