Job Overview:
As a Product Operations Associate, your primary objective is to enhance the effectiveness of the product team and ensure that product decisions are data-driven, well-communicated, and aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to improve efficiency, manage key projects, and track key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development Support: Facilitate cross-team communication, optimize product workflows, ensure smooth execution of roadmaps, and manage tools for tracking tasks and bugs.
  
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Support product decisions with data-driven insights, maintain performance dashboards, and conduct competitive research to inform strategy.
• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements, standardize documentation, and support the product team's use of tools and systems.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between product, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure alignment on initiatives and gather feedback for process improvements.
• Product Launch & Go-to-Market: Coordinate cross-functional teams for product launches to align on timelines and messaging, while assisting in the creation of product documentation.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by collecting feedback, optimizing processes, and fostering a data-driven mindset within the product team.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or a related role in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with data analytics tools (e.g. SQL, Google analytics, Excel etc)
• Experience working in a fast paced startup environment.
• Familiarity with user research, feedback systems, and product testing methodologies.
• Prior experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and UX teams.
