About the Team:

Our eCommerce trading team is the driving force behind our online success. Combining our  expertise to create a seamless and enjoyable online shopping experience, offering innovative beauty products that cater to our customers' needs and desires. 

About the Role: 

In the role you will support the Ecommerce Trading Manager for our DACH region in various tasks related to online trading, including product uploads, content creation, website maintenance, and data analysis. You will have the opportunity to learn about multiple digital marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, and social media, and assist in driving the overall growth of our online business in the German market.

• Assist in managing product inventory and ensuring accurate product information on the website.
• Create and update website content to enhance user experience and drive sales.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities.
• Assist in implementing and optimising digital marketing campaigns.
• Support the Ecommerce Trading Manager in day-to-day operational tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and achieve business objectives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of trading activities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Fluent in both written and spoken German.
• Recently graduated with a degree in business, marketing, modern languages or a related field.
• Passionate about e-commerce and digital marketing.
• Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

2nd Stage – A one-hour interview where you can expect competency questions. In most cases this is held in person.
