Senior Level Electrical Engineers | Government, Public & Educational building projects

• Design power, lighting, fire alarms and telecommunication plans
• Design all associated circuitry, one-line diagrams and specifications
• Perform system design calculations, load calculations, arc flash and any other calculations to support design
• Prepare all electrical construction documents including drawings, specifications, and reports (particularly in the university, historical renovation, and museum sectors)
• Ensure design is consistent with the overall vision, and that design schedules are maintained
• Work closely with the client and other team members including owners and architects
• Selection and specification of appropriate equipment
• Incorporate sustainable design methods in buildings
• Coordinate work with engineers of other disciplines and architects

• 8 to 15 years of professional experience as an Electrical Design-Engineer
• Previous experience with an AE or MEP engineering firms
• Advanced experience in the implementation of Revit, and AutoCAD platforms
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and writing
