We have an exciting opportunity if you have an eye for detail and a deep understanding of design principles!</p><p></p><p><strong>What you’ll do as a Graphic Designer </strong>💪</p><ul><li>Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute visually stunning designs across digital, print, social media platforms, and motion.</li><li>Develop and understand our brand identity deeply, ensuring all designs align with our visual guidelines and effectively communicate our core messages.</li><li>Design a variety of assets for performance marketing, social media, branding, infographics, and OOH. You’ll also collaborate with our Motion Designer by providing visual assets for animations in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Smartly.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design techniques, bringing fresh and innovative ideas.</li><li>Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into compelling visual solutions.</li><li>Present design concepts and rationale, both internally and externally, and incorporate feedback to refine designs as needed.</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring the highest quality of work.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and cohesion in design across different projects.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>To be successful, we believe you need </strong>💼</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with an exceptional portfolio showcasing your diverse design skills. Basic/midlevel skills in Motion Design.</li><li>Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects)</li><li>Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.</li><li>Very strong communication skills and the ability to articulate your design decisions effectively.</li><li>Creativity and a keen eye for detail, demonstrated through your past work.</li><li>Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and balance multiple tasks effectively.</li><li>Experience working collaboratively with creative teams and internal stakeholders.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What we offer </strong>☕️</p><p>Matsmart-Motatos offers a social and energizing workplace where your creativity and ideas are welcome and appreciated.
