We are looking for a Marketing Manager [3 month, full-time, project-based] to join Crystal Dynamics. As a Marketing Manager at Crystal Dynamics, you will provide strategic support in setting campaign strategies and go-to-market plans. You will play a critical role in managing external partners, ensuring alignment with the franchise strategy, managing marketing assets, and sourcing exclusive content for TombRaider.com. 

As a Marketing Manager, you will: 

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and go-to-market plans. 
  • Execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media. 
  • Manage external partners, including licensees and service agencies, ensuring their marketing plans align with the franchise strategy, and project manage go-to-market partner plans.
  • Write executive briefs for each activation to communicate with leadership. 
  • Follow up with partners to ensure timely delivery and execution of marketing activations.  
  • Route marketing assets internally for review. 
  • Source editorial content and membership rewards for TombRaider.com.  
  • Manage first-party publishers to maximize back-catalog opportunities in partnership with Sales team.  

To be considered for this role, we require the following: 

  • Experience as a Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar role, with a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns within the entertainment industry.  
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies. 
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. 
  • Ability to effectively problem solve while defining the projects objectives and KPIs. 

 It'll be a bonus if you also have: 

  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies. 
  • Experience with digital marketing analytics and tools. 

 

The pay range for this role includes the annual base salary, not including bonus and the generous benefits package that Crystal Dynamics provides all full-time employees. Individual compensation is determined by work location within our approved states or regions, as well as additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education.
