SCHOOL SERVICE ASSISTANT – (TRANSPORTATION, SECURITY, EVENT)

---THE POSITION---
· Provide support to School Service Manager in monitoring the day-to-day school services operations at the campus
· Supervision of the subcontracted vendor to provide school service to all faculties and staffs
REPORT TO: School Service Manager
---KEY RESPONSIBILITIES---
· Responsible for daily school van and school bus’s booking and coordination; assign duties to drivers, movement record and claim.
· Responsible for school events and activities organization and set‐up during school time and non-school time.
· Responsible for supervising the school furniture purchase, relocation communication and the inventory management.
· Overseeing the consumable expense in supervising areas.
· Assisting the student bus online application, daily operation, and parent communication in daily bus issues. Supervising the bus monitors and drivers.
· Assisting daily school security management.
· Assisting in dealing with local authorities and other agencies on matters affecting school building facilities.
· Assisting and reporting to the school services officer in monitoring the school daily’s operation timely, as well as special activities during non-school days.
· Other duties assigned by supervisor.
---CORE QUALIFICATIONS---
· 2 years' experience in customer service, office/building property and logistics management, secretary, or vender management.
· Excellent skills in organizing activities and communication. Ability and high efficiency of liaising with the community.
· Excellent time management and multi-task ability.
· Bilingual language skills in English and Chinese are a MUST.
· Good command of PC skills, especially in excel, word and power point.
· A highly responsible and pro-active person that could work in attention to details.
· To have a friendly, approachable, resilient attitude to work. Be able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
· Be flexible and adaptable.
· Bachelor or above degree.
