We are seeking a Sales Recruiter in the Greater Chicago area to join our high-performing recruiting team! As a Sales Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales organization by sourcing, coordinating, and hiring top talent, particularly focusing on Account Executives within the SaaS space. You will leverage your expertise in recruiting, with a specialization in Sales or GTM (Go-To-Market) recruiting, to drive the growth and success of our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting exceptional talent with innovative technology.

QUALIFICATIONS 
  • 3-8 years of proven experience in recruiting/sales, with a preference for specialization in Sales or GTM recruiting.
  • Experience hiring Account Executives within the SaaS industry is highly valued.
  • Proven track record of success in owning a full desk, handling end-to-end recruiting processes from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Strong understanding of sales roles and responsibilities, including familiarity with sales methodologies and terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while also working independently to meet hiring goals and deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in utilizing recruiting tools and platforms, such as applicant tracking systems and job boards, to identify and attract top talent. (Green House and Workday a plus!)
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving continuous improvement in recruiting processes and outcomes.

The annual salary hiring range for this position is $96,000 - $140,000 USD. 

Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some of our sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.
