Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Program Lead [CDP] to join our team. The Program Lead will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and optimization of a (CDP) for our clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in CDP strategy, digital marketing, and a deep understanding of data management.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
Develop and execute CDP implementation and optimization strategies
Lead the planning, design, and implementation of CDP solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CDP solutions
Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices
Provide guidance and support to team members
Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Several years of experience in CDP strategy, digital marketing, or related fields
Deep understanding of data management, including data modeling, segmentation, and analysis
Experience with CDP implementation and optimization
Excellent communication and consulting skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with agile development methodologies is preferred
Proven track record of successful CDP implementations and optimization strategies.
