What’s the opportunity?

The Business Presentation Specialist will be responsible for designing and enhancing presentation materials to support our Finance, HR, and leadership teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design sense, expertise in PowerPoint and Google Slides, and the ability to convey complex information in a visually appealing and straightforward way.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and design high-quality, visually engaging presentations for client pitches, product demonstrations, internal meetings, and marketing materials
  • Transform data and complex information into clean, concise, and effective visual slides
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to understand presentation requirements and ensure alignment with brand guidelines
  • Ensure consistency in layout, design, and messaging across all presentation materials
  • Manage multiple presentation projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines, and adapting as required
  • Continuously update and maintain presentation assets, templates, and styles to keep materials fresh and aligned with evolving brand guidelines
  • What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Business Presentation Specialist or a similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and other presentation design tools
  • Strong visual design skills, with a keen eye for detail, layout, and typography
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey ideas and collaborate with team members
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
