Senior Planner

JASARA PMC is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Planner to join our team. As a Senior Planner at JASARA PMC, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and scheduling of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

In this role, you will work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project schedules, monitor progress, and identify any potential delays or issues. Additionally, you will provide guidance and mentorship to junior planners within the team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar software.
• Ensure that project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, goals, and deliverables.
• Analyze project data to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare progress reports and present findings to senior management and clients.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior planners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar project management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience with civil engineering projects is preferred.
