Quality Manager (Procurement)

JASARA PMC, a leading construction and project management company, is currently seeking a Quality Manager (Procurement) to join our team. As a Quality Manager (Procurement), you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of materials and supplies procured for our projects. You will collaborate with the procurement team to develop and implement quality control processes and procedures, conduct supplier audits, and conduct inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate has a strong background in quality management within the procurement field and is highly skilled in implementing quality assurance strategies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the procurement team to develop and implement quality control processes
• Review and analyze supplier documentation and specifications to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Conduct supplier audits and evaluations
• Perform inspections on incoming materials and supplies
• Create and maintain detailed records of quality control inspections and audits
• Identify and address quality control issues and develop corrective action plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in quality management within the procurement field
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
• Experience in conducting supplier audits and inspections
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Certifications in quality management is a plus
• Proficiency in Arabic and English Spoken and written.
