To support our strategic hiring goals, we are seeking a seasoned Executive Recruiting Researcher to join our small, dynamic, and high-performing team.
As a Senior Executive Recruiting Researcher at Lyft, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing our executive recruitment strategy and building a world-class leadership team. In this role, you will lead the charge in identifying and engaging with top-level executive candidates who possess the skills, experience, and leadership qualities needed to advance our organization. You will serve as a brand ambassador for Lyft, often being the first point of contact for prospective candidates.

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and a team-specific third day. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year. #Hybrid
The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $104,000-$130,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
