Investigate and resolve bikers and Pres complaints related to biker behavior or service quality
Collaborate with different teams to address and resolve bikers issues promptly
Ensuring a consistent supply of biker products, particularly during peak times
Help the Supervisors create reports, analyze data, and identify reasons why bikers are inactive and performance is decreasing per quadrant
Ability to drive a motorcycle, as needed for various tasks.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years (Working with Tech Platforms preferred)
Project Management, Data Analysis, Computer Literacy, Customer Service
Good communications skills and able to handle his/herself in front of people/bikers
With analytical skills
Know to work on Computers / MS Office
