Financial Planning and Analysis Head

• 8-10 years of experience managing the whole FP&A functions, including but not limited to, budget, forecast, variance analysis, management reporting
• Produce and give insights for Management Report (PNL, Cash Flow and BS)
• Heavy on operational Analysis driving demand and supply, as critical in forecasting financial top line
• Has experience on start up, tech or financial services company
• Experience on dealing with investor and managing financial requirements
• Manage Full Cycle of budgeting, experience on doing 5-10 year Budget with various LOB
• Manage Budget approval and evaluate every spending, campaign initiative vs expected yield
• Manage Budget approval/Monitoring and evaluate every spending, campaign initiative vs expected yield
• Managed CAPEX to ensure management capture the actual vs with what is planned
• Elevate the FP&A Team to the next level by managing team's KPI and monitoring the same.
