Job Posting Summary
This job is for a seasoned consultant to serve as a Lead QA Analyst for Automation Engineering in Princeton, NJ. The consultant will be working with Sahe Automation tool. Candidates with Selenium experience will be trained on this tool; Database is (SQL Server, and Oracle), and the Agile development environment. This is a multi-year assignment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and Mentor QA Testing Analysts on the team
Learn and apply Sahe tool for Test Automation
Take part in Defect Management and Test Automation
Create test plan documents and estimations for the project
Work in a team-oriented Agile environment

Qualifications

Required Skills:
¿ Able to articulate test scenarios
¿ Experience working in Agile team
¿ Demonstrated experience with software testing methods, such as functional testing, stress testing performance testing, and failure injection.
¿ Experience in test automation architecture with experience in leveraging a cloud platform
¿ Demonstrated skill in using coding standards and being an active participant in code reviews.
¿ Understands the difference and leverages TDD/BDD and CDD testing techniques.
¿ Working experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery desired.
¿ Strong understanding of testing and development techniques.
¿ Excellent troubleshooting skills to root cause complex issues.
¿ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
¿ Deep expertise with DevOps and Test Automation REST/SOAP API testing exp –

¿ Automation programming skills –
Must have
¿ Demonstrated experience in tools such as Jenkins, Gitab, Selenium,WebDriver or similar open source tools.
¿ Creating automnatuib framework that should consist basic functionalities like HTTP Adaptors, DB Adaptors, Authentication/Authorization etc.
¿ Working knowledge in multiple technology areas such as: logical database design (relational), relational database retrieval tools, SQL, Oracle, web, HTML, XML, Microsoft Office Tools, automated test tools, UNIX and Unix Shell scripting, desktop and server operating systems.
¿ Experience with UI automation framework Jasmine – Must have

PREFERRED SKILLS:
¿ Experience with UI automation framework such as Angular Spa automation, Chai, Mocha and Jasmine – Must have

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or related field or in the alternative a combination of education, certifications and work experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.
