Epidemic Sound is backed by EQT, Blackstone, Creandum, Atwater Capital to name a few.<br><br>We are seeking experienced and high performing <strong>Senior Account Executives</strong> to join our US Enterprise Sales teams.</p><p dir="ltr">As a Senior Account Executive, your main focus is closing new enterprise clients in our target verticals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in enterprise sales and the ability to navigate complex sales processes, where targets are met and exceeded.</p><p>This role will be based in New York City (3 days per week in-office).</p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><ul><li><strong></strong><strong>Drive Revenue Growth:</strong> Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the enterprise segment to achieve and exceed sales quotas</li><li><strong>Relationship Management:</strong> Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within large enterprise accounts.</li><li><strong>Negotiation & Contracting:</strong> Lead complex negotiations, working closely with legal teams to close deals that meet both client and company requirements</li><li><strong>Pipeline Management:</strong> Effectively manage and forecast sales opportunities, keeping accurate records of prospecting activities and ongoing deals in our CRM system</li><li><strong>Sales Strategy Development:</strong> Collaborate with marketing and product to develop sales initiatives tailored to specific enterprise accounts.</li><li><strong>Reporting & Analytics:</strong> Provide detailed sales reports and account status updates to the leadership team, identifying risks and opportunities.</li><li><strong>Team Collaboration and mentorship:</strong> Partner with technical teams and customer success to ensure successful onboarding and long-term client satisfaction. Mentor more junior team members</li><li><strong>Account Planning:</strong> Contribute to detailed plans for accounts, outlining strategies for growth, cross-sell and upsell.</li><li><strong>Market & Industry Expertise:</strong> Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape</li></ul><p><strong><strong><strong>Requirements:</strong></strong></strong><br></p><ul></ul><p dir="ltr">You’re passionate about sales and equally passionate about being part of a world-class team. You understand the importance of and take pride in bringing new, large clients to Epidemic.</p><ul><li>8+ years experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets</li><li>Deep understanding and a network from selling to one of the following verticals: Media (inc. Broadcasting, Production), Digital Publishing, Agencies, Corporate (inc. FMCG, Beauty, Fashion, Sports)</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with senior executives and key decision-makers.</li><li>Proven experience in leading negotiations with enterprise-level clients</li><li>Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage sales pipelines and reporting, and other typical systems - Ironclad, Jira, etc.</li><li>A self-starter who takes the initiative to get things done</li></ul><p dir="ltr">This is a full-time, hybrid position, based in New York City.
