About the role 💭
We are seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to join the team. Hosting our own
in-person conferences, sponsoring and/or attending external conferences, dinners, roundtables, and meetups is an essential part of our marketing strategy and are looking to bring someone in-house to lead the effort.
Successful candidates will have a background in field or events marketing at a B2B SaaS company with a deep understanding of the field marketing landscape to help define effective events that drive awareness and engagement for WorkOS within the developer community.
The annual US base salary falls within the range of $130,000 to $165,000. This range does not encompass the full spectrum of benefits such as equity, health insurance, vacation time, and paid parental leave. The final compensation will be determined considering various factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.
