UX/UI Business Analyst

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an UX/UI Agile Business Analyst for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Financial Servicesclients in New York, NY. .

Responsibilities :

• Work with Team Leads to define Team Key Results that the agile teams can use to deliver products and features.
• Work with geographically distributed Team Leads to elaborate scope and detail features required.
• Gather/analyze requirement and translate them into functional and system design specifications.
• Ability to articulate complex change and facilitate workshops/discussion to derive solutions that meets Team Key Results.
• Ensure that relevant Team Leads and Technical Leads are involved to ratify design decisions.
• Distill requirement into user stories that are consumable within a sprint by an Agile team.
• Apply common sense in evaluating and/or raising risks and issues.
• Work closely with cross-functional agile teams to help manage / coordinate dependencies across teams.

Required Skills:

• Background within UX/UI
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering is required but, or in lieu, a demonstrated equivalence in work experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as an agile business analyst or a scrum master.
• Experience of supporting complex change and/or multi-disciplinary projects and a track record of delivery.
• Experience working with large datasets in Equity, Commodities, Forex, Futures and Options asset classes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with strong verbal and writing proficiencies.
• Experience with SDLC, Agile and Cloud Computing Technologies
• Understanding feature modeling techniques and methods.
• Working knowledge of MS Azure Dev-Ops, Jira, Confluence and MS SharePoint.
