As a Team Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and empowering our production team members to reach their full potential. You will inspire and support growth, cultivate a positive work culture, and drive initiatives that align with our values and goals. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating an environment where collaboration and productivity flourish.
While this is a manufacturing role, you don't need prior experience in manufacturing. We're confident that the right person can pick up the skills needed through training and hands-on experience.

- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role with a focus on team development and engagement.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent written and in-person communication skills.

- Ability to think strategically and act proactively to address team needs and challenges.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Word.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development.

Physical Demands
- Regularly required to communicate.
- Able to fully view close and distant objects; able to measure specifications that are as small as a millimeter.
- Ability to assemble small parts (that may only measure a couple millimeters in length/width).
- Fingernails must be trimmed to a reasonable length to ensure ability of use when grabbing and adjusting parts.
- Maintain a stationary position for prolonged periods to complete tasks.
- Able to look down for extended periods of time.
- Able to repetitively push down and apply pressure on machine components or manual tools.
- Able to occasionally move up to 20 lbs.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and general hours of work are from Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Weekday overtime will be scheduled as needed from 5:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Saturday overtime may also be scheduled as needed. Any overtime scheduled is mandatory.
