<p><strong><strong>ACADEMIC & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION</strong></strong><br></p><p></p><p>Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer science or equivalent.</p><p>CISCO Certifications in CCNA (Switching and Routing), CCNP (switching and routing) and Network Security certification, Syspro Competence</p><p>Training and development course certifications in related areas would be an added advantage<br></p><p><strong><strong>RELEVANT EXPERIENCE</strong></strong></p>Minimum of 3 Years of experience in Network Support & maintenance Proven experience or knowledge in Network Management – WAN/LAN computer networks, Extensive experience on SQL is a must and good knowledge of BI tools and Prophix would be helpful<p></p><p>Familiarity with Routers, Firewall, Server system administration Hands on experience in networking, routing and switching with Cisco routers, switches, WiFi, and firewalls </p><p>Knowledge and experience in handling and troubleshooting IoS applications and hardware Demonstrated knowledge and skills in supporting SAP.</p><p>Data Communication, TCP/IP, Application monitoring & Diagnostic, working knowledge of Network managing Tool. <br></p><p><strong>ROLE DESCRIPTION</strong><br></p><p><strong>Prepare policies and procedures for all Syspro/System Modules.to integrate and standardize at group level<br></strong></p><p><strong>Prepares SCHEDULED and need based Syspro reports to all HOD and Management and business users across Org<br></strong></p><p>Facilitate simplification and extended Automation based on the systems available with maximum automation and minimum manual intervention Offer backups support to all Syspro system users to act as Sysadmin the space of all applications with focus on Syspro and interrelated software’s (Thingtrax, SAGE, Paymaster)</p><p>Training of system users and data entries on Syspro Modules and new system users and periodic updates on new modules, features </p><p><strong>Advise the business on process improvements, new technologies, innovations, and products.<br></strong></p><p><strong>Perform assigned tasks to support the company meet its objectives and targets.<br></strong></p><p><strong>Repeated topic Support IT administrator and backup in systems support <br></strong></p><p>Monitor the Jobs and process through system at operational level. Run exception reports and understand backend issues with system to ensure accuracy of performance. Proactively identify system issues and facilitates workable and cost-effective solutions</p><p><strong>Guiding and monitoring the front-line team at operational level Understand all systems and processes and document the same<br></strong></p><p>Focus on new implements like MOM, MRP, Sales process.</p><p>Monitoring system with 360-degree views and adding the value addition to operation through system process.</p><p>Eliminate the process gaps in line with Syspro and other IT applications</p><p>Ensure all measures to to compliant with Regulations and laws governing IT and data management</p><p>Preform any other system duties as may be assigned by management from time to time.</p><p><strong><br></strong></p> •
