Description:
RESPONSIBILITES:
Issue verification of employment letters / visa letters for APAC employees
Vendor billing/payment processing for APAC region
Tracking of China employment contract renewal
Work permit application and renewal tracking for Hong Kong and China visa
employees
Administration of Hong Kong housing refund (tax efficiency) program
Coordinate funding request and distribution of Chinese New Year red packet for
China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and Korea)
Maintenance of employee files and record management
Process customer transactions within established time and quality standards
Provide support during Audit / SOX activities
Confirm data accuracy and maintain appropriate controls for audit verification
Monitor and maintain various HR tools and systems
Understand sensitivity of employee information and maintain employee
confidentiality
Provide support to other team members and assist in special projects as
assigned
Openly share relevant business experience and expertise with other team
members
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Qualified candidates will be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing and high
pressure work environment. Has some relevant HR experience preferably 1 2 years.
Interact comfortably with customers with proven written and verbal communication skills.
Teamplayer, problem solving and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook,
and general computer applications.
