Sr Electrician

Primary Focus:

The primary role of the Sr Electrician is to lead installation, troubleshooting, and production for electrical system, control panel, wiring, etc. installation, troubleshooting, and production.

Manufacture control panel assemblies.

Execute the daily production schedule through proper utilization of people, material, machinery, and process to meet customer requirements, schedule compliance and cost objectives.

Ensure that all materials are in the workstation before they are required.

Sustain and improve 5S system. (A place for everything and everything in its place)

Facilitate daily team meetings with department employees at the beginning of your shift. (See attachment)

Experience:

8-10+ years' experience with control wiring (experience in HVAC strongly preferred)

Extensive experience with electrical troubleshooting.

Extensive experience with sheet metal assembly (not required)

Extensive experience Stripping and crimping experience.
