About the Role

We are seeking a talented mid-level animator or motion graphic designer to create a short motion graphic for Twitter. The project is for Swell Labs, a company specializing in liquid staking. The ideal candidate will work remotely and deliver a high-quality motion graphic within a two-week timeframe. While this is a single assignment, there is potential for future projects based on the success of this collaboration. Compensation will be based on experience and the ability to meet the style and quality of the provided example.

Responsibilities:

• Design and animate a short motion graphic for use on Twitter, adhering to the style and guidelines provided by the company.
• Collaborate remotely with the project team to understand the project requirements and ensure alignment with the company’s branding and messaging.
• Deliver the final motion graphic within the agreed-upon two-week deadline.
• Make revisions as needed based on feedback to ensure the final product meets the project’s expectations.
• Ensure the motion graphic is optimized for Twitter in terms of size, format, and engagement potential.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an animator or motion graphic designer, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficiency in motion graphics software such as After Effects, Blender, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, animation, and timing.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Good communication skills for remote collaboration and feedback integration.
• Mid-level experience is preferred, with the ability to deliver quality work that aligns with the provided example and project vision.
