Assist in the career development of others, mentoring on advanced technical issues and helping managers guide the career growth of their team members Exert technical influence over customer and HCL teams, increasing their productivity and effectiveness by sharing your deep knowledge and experience Mandatory Domain Skills: Experience in linear TV ad sales platform Experience in multi-DRM solutions including FairPlay (Apple), PlayReady(Microsoft), Widevine(Google) Experience in multitude of video and audio codec formats, transport protocols and media frameworks including HEVC, H264, VC-1, MPEG, JPEG, WMA, AAC, MP3, Dolby, HDR, MPEG-2 Transport Streams, ISO/BMFF, Smooth/PIFF, HLS, DASH, CMAF, Flash, AVI, gStreamer, DirectShow Experience with Media Content Management Systems and Asset management systems Experience with media planning and buying systems Experience with mobile technologies Experience with encoding and transcoding technologies Experience with Big Data Technologies Experience with production and post production technologies Experience with Live Event Streaming systems and technologies Experience with IT infrastructure required for Broadcasting companies Technical Skills: Azure, Azure GIT, Azure Dev OPS CI/CD Cloud migration with Docker and Kubernetes C#, JavaScript, ASP.NET MVC, HTML5, CSS,OPL/CPLEX, UML, Kafka, React, Java, SpringBoot, AngularJS, BreezeJS, log4net, Splunk, New Relic Jira, GitLab Enterprise Application Design Database Design Service Oriented Architecture, Microservices, REST Oracle 12 c, Sql Server Lambda, EC2, RDS Qualifications: BE / B.Tech /M.Tech in Computer Science Minimum 15+ years of experience building large scalable systems Strong experience in architecting and building multi-threaded, distributed systems. Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance Outstanding problem-solving abilities. Ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast paced environment. Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others and strong analytical thinking skills. Solid background with hands-on experience as an architect. Extensive experience of mentoring Leads and architects to success. Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to have fun. Expertise in building and guiding high-performance software development and architecture teams, product strategy, and a range of technical skills to design scalable, fault-tolerant systems to support high volumes of traffic securely.
