Your Role:

We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team and work closely with the CTO. This role will focus on leading the expansion of our platform's features, products, and driving our smart feature initiatives, including AI applications. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our growth and technological advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to architect, implement, and expand scalable solutions for our platform
• Lead the development of new features and improvements to existing functionalities
• Spearhead our DevOps initiatives, focusing on Docker and CI/CD pipelines to streamline our development and deployment processes
• Drive the implementation of smart features, including AI applications, to enhance our supply chain traceability and knowledge management solutions
• Conduct and oversee advanced data analysis to derive actionable insights from supply chain data
• Contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of our tech stack, with a primary focus on Python and secondary focus on Golang and Node.js
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, proposing innovative solutions to complex problems
• Support the expansion of our projects in Asia and other international markets

Education & Experience:

• Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in AI and machine learning applications (RAG is a plus)
• Working knowledge of Golang and Node.js
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles and tools, particularly Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Very strong communication skills in written and spoken English, with the ability to work in a remote environment
