Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Corporate Group Sales Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and managing corporate group sales, building lasting relationships with clients, and driving revenue through strategic planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate sales within the hospitality industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new corporate clients through prospecting, networking, and industry events.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, including detailed event planning and pricing information.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the catering and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events and meetings.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize occupancy in meeting spaces.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in hospitality management, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of corporate sales experience in the hospitality industry, ideally within a hotel setting.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
