Eram Talent, a leading Talent Acquisition Company specializing in the Oil & Gas industry, is currently seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner for Oil & Gas projects. As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance plans and schedules for various equipment and facilities to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies and programs for Oil & Gas projects, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed maintenance plans and schedules
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and reduce downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all maintenance activities
- Review and optimize spare parts inventory levels to support maintenance activities
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of required materials and services
- Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in maintenance planning for Oil & Gas projects
- Strong understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling concepts
- Familiarity with maintenance systems and tools such as CMMS, SAP, or Maximo
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of applicable safety regulations and best practices in the Oil & Gas industry
