Mediatool is seeking an Enterprise Sales Lead South Europe to lead our sales strategy, expand our market presence, and secure partnerships with top-tier clients across the region. Join us to make a significant impact in a dynamic and competitive landscape!</strong></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><p>As Enterprise Sales Lead South Europe, you will:</p><ul><li><strong>Lead South European Sales Strategy:</strong> Execute strategies to secure multi-market contracts with tier 1 clients and establish Mediatool as the preferred media management software.</li><li><strong>Build Strong Relationships:</strong> Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients and explore reseller programs with agencies to enhance Mediatool’s reach.</li><li><strong>Optimize Sales Alignment:</strong> Structure sales efforts to align with marketing initiatives, driving outreach and effectiveness.</li><li><strong>Boost Awareness:</strong> Collaborate with Marketing to create B2B campaigns that increase visibility, drive inbound leads, and grow market share.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Results You’ll Drive:</strong></p><ul><li>Achieve significant quarterly revenue growth and secure long-term contracts with tier 1 clients.</li><li>Enhance Mediatool’s competitive win rate and grow market share across South Europe.</li><li>Increase digital traffic and generate consistent inbound leads from target markets.</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><p>To succeed in this role, you’ll need:</p><ul><li> 7+ years of proven enterprise sales experience within South Europe, ideally in software or SaaS, with a track record of securing contracts with large clients.</li><li>Strategic expertise with deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitors in South Europe.</li><li>Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building abilities, particularly with high-stakes clients.</li><li>A results-driven approach with a history of meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.</li><li>Fluency in English and one of French, Spanish, or Italian is required.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM systems and sales productivity tools to streamline the sales process.</li></ul><p>🌍 <strong>About Mediatool:</strong></p><p>Mediatool is a leading SaaS company revolutionizing marketing planning.
