As part of our dynamic team, you will embrace change and excel in a fast-paced, global environment.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Participate in the design, development, and testing of financial markets software products.</li><li>Develop and integrate various methods of information visualization.</li><li>Evolve technically while working on data-intensive and latency-sensitive products.</li><li>Engage in code-review practices to provide and receive constant technical feedback.</li><li>Ensure internal quality standards are met through automated testing, including unit, integration, performance, and throughput tests.</li><li>Continuously learn and enhance expertise in financial assets, investment banking, and financial technology.</li><li>Contribute and promote best practices during development cycles using continuous integration.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Profile Needed:</strong></p><p><strong>Mandatory:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields such as math, physics, computer science, engineering, etc.</li><li>Over 5 years of experience in C++ development.</li><li>Solid knowledge of C++ features and programming techniques.</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of basic algorithms and data structures.</li><li>Good understanding of modern C++ standards (C++ 17/20).</li><li>Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Familiarity with applying OOP concepts in performance-demanding environments.</li><li>Good communication skills with proficient English proficiency.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Beneficial:</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge of financial markets and financial technologies.</li><li>Linux/Unix experience at an advanced user or admin level.</li><li>Experience in multi-threaded programming.</li><li>Experience in low-latency software design, performance profiling, and optimization.</li><li>Knowledge of the Internet protocol suite and network programming.</li><li>Familiarity with the LLVM toolchain.</li><li>Understanding of functional programming concepts.</li><li>Experience in other programming languages (Java, Python, Shell scripting, Rust, Haskell, etc.).</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Hybrid Flexible at Broadridge</strong> </p><p>We are made up of high-performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed.
