<p> </p><p><strong>Role Overview</strong> </p><p>The Learning Program is open in the Customer Success department, which is responsible for supporting and maintaining key parts of our global business, solving complex issues while also gaining exposure to some of the biggest names in the industry.</p><p>We are looking for future colleagues that are detail-oriented, rigorous, methodical, analytical, and proactive. During the <strong>six months of your program</strong>, you will have a coach and access to various teams, from the most technical to the most business-oriented.</p><h5>Learning Program details: </h5><ul><li>6 months paid internship</li><li>6 hours/day</li><li>Presence in the office is crucial during the learning program</li><li>Daily training at an agreed timeframe</li><li>Permanent contract if successfully passes the first months</li></ul><h5>Responsibilities:</h5><ul><li>Direct email communication with our customers</li><li>Monitoring internal communication channels</li><li>Raising and sorting tickets, deciding which goes where</li><li>Monitoring the team's dashboard and prioritizing the tickets</li></ul><h5>Eligibility for the program:</h5><ul><li>Fluency in English is an absolute must</li><li>Good knowledge of Java, XML, SQL/Oracle -> pass the technical test</li><li>Fresh graduates / final year students/ professionals interested in career conversions</li><li>Ability to adapt and work under pressure</li><li>Team player, positive attitude, willingness to learn and evolve</li><li>Ability to work and perform independently</li></ul><figure><img src="https://images.teamtailor-cdn.com/images/s3/teamtailor-production/gallery_picture/image_uploads/51fe5c66-be48-4015-a480-0f3415335899/original.png" alt="icons-teamtailor-2022---2-rows.png"></figure> •
