Data Support Analyst (Hybrid-Flexible Options)

<p><strong>Role Overview</strong> </p><p>Analyze, process, and validate data to ensure the accuracy of the data within Broadridge internal support tools.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop Data Quality checks, perform data analysis and identify gaps for feature engineering</li><li>Develop/reuse data models &amp; perform preprocessing, perform data mapping &amp; implement data pipelines </li><li>Work with internal stakeholders to determine file format and data manipulation requirements.</li><li>Conduct quality assurance checks on data manipulation tasks.</li><li>Investigate possible data issues using SQL queries.</li><li>Participate in custom and specialized reporting for various services.</li><li>Participate in special projects and ad hoc analyses as necessary.</li><li>Participate in monthly and annual corporate/external audits.</li><li>Assist with automation of technical operation tasks.</li><li>Create and maintain data models, data mapping, technical documentation, including design documents and code documentation. </li><li>Assist in the setup and/or testing of new software.</li><li>Make operational recommendations to Management and the Development team.</li><li>Keep Team Lead informed concerning production issues and escalate when required.</li><li>Other duties as required by supervisor.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Your profile</strong></p><p><strong>Education:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in computer science, or equivalent combination of training and on the job experience.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role.</li><li>Demonstrated aptitude for computer operations.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle the cyclical nature of the industry and fast paced work environment.</li><li>Has the ability to manage multiple projects.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong written and oral communication skills.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Strong consensus building skills.</li><li>Ability to work in cross-functional environment. </li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Tools:</strong></p><ul><li>Microsoft Office, WinSCP, Putty, Citrix, SQL, TWS, MS Access, MS BI, UNIX </li></ul><figure><img src="https://images.teamtailor-cdn.com/images/s3/teamtailor-production/gallery_picture/image_uploads/51fe5c66-be48-4015-a480-0f3415335899/original.png" alt="icons-teamtailor-2022---2-rows.png"></figure> •
