Job Description: Develops Client-up and assembly set-ups and techniques for the fabrication of composite structural and assemblies. Sets up and troubleshoots composite parts for assembly or layup. Assemblies or lays up parts and components. Identify nonconforming detail parts, assemblies and processes. Work with engineering to improve manufacturing processes.
After orientation they will need to attend certification training for the first two weeks, 5 days a week on first shift and then they will get a schedule after completion.
Candidates must be able to work any shift - 1st shift start times-
o Start: 5:00AM
o End: 1:30 PM
2nd shift times
o Start : 1:30 PM
o End : 10:00 PM
3rd shift times-
o Start: 10:00 PM
o End: 5:00 AM
Describe the project/day-to-day activities they will be working on: Working with composite material (Fiber Glass, Carbon, Kevlar, Adhesive) Layup, assembly, clean up and trim and drill of composite parts

Any certifications required?: No certs. Technicians will acquire Certs depending on what program they work for.
Are there any physical requirements or limitations?
Must be able to work with there hands and must be able to work on there feet for 8 hours a day.
Ability to pass Background and Drug Screen if Required by Client. •
