Operations Associate (Australian Hours) - 6 month Contract

About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Associate to help take our operations to the next level. The successful candidate will be supporting Houst’s operational success in our biggest and most important market. They will work in a team of Operations Associates striving to achieve excellence across all areas of operations, with a view to delighting our guests and hosts with 5-star experiences every time. 

Role Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and management of cleaning and maintenance
• Communication with and performance management of external suppliers, ranging from maintenance providers, linen delivery companies and independent contractors
• Contribute to the delivery of KPIs 
• Managing inbound requests, scheduling and communicating with cleaners as well as any other operational tasks that support the business
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and maximise our hosts’ success

Requirements

• Please note the working days at Thursday - Monday with Tuesday and Wednesday off.
• Previous experience working in an operations team in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to use Excel or Google Sheets to process data and track information
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Resourcefulness, initiative, and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
• Extreme attention to detail
• Available to work Australian hours
• Must have own Laptop/Computer, Stable WiFi and a quiet space to work at home
